Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair can't be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. Shipping will take 7-10 Business days (not weekends or holidays. Orders will be sent to us and shipped out to the address that you Provide while checking out. Once Purchased please allow 24 hours to fill your order and 7-10 Business days for your package to arrive. A tracking number will be added to your order and sent to your email address.
